treamz 47f40f4466 UI fixes: remove sidebar dupes from editor.css, remove features section, divider 100%, tile bg 
- editor.css: removed duplicate sidebar CSS + :root vars (shared.css handles it)
- Landing: removed features/advantages section
- Removed Возможности link from all menus (landing, login, register, status, dashboard)
- Sidebar divider: width 100%
- Dashboard tiles: white bg (surface-800), lighter shadow on hover
